Trends can be a hit or miss, which is why I typically steer clear because I find it wasteful to buy pieces that don’t fit my aesthetic. More often than not these items end up being donated after only a season and I’d rather splurge on quality pieces that transcend season, year after year. The Barbie movie released in theaters over the weekend and to celebrate my birthday, I wanted nothing more than to dress up and head to the movies, but I wanted to purchase pieces that I would wear again. The Nadine Merabi Darcie Pajamas are perfect for a night out at the movies as they are both casual and comfortable or can be dressed up if you’re headed out to dinner in the city. The hot pink satin and feather color paired with a silver glittery heels are in line with Barbiecore. Pink, feminine, Barbie fashion that can remain staples in your closet.
